My journey as a visual storyteller has evolved a lot over the years. For someone like you who chanced upon my work, I aspire to evoke emotion. I wish to leave a bit untold in my photographs, so that my viewers can imagine what could have been, interpret the unsaid by listening to their heart's resonance. Recognition
In this age of social media, where the urge for an instant gratification is an obsession, I am a bit of an outlier. I find my fulfilment in the creative process itself, not in the pursuit of recognition or awards. External validation has never driven me. It’s the personal fulfilment, the challenge, and the creative expression that fuel my passion. I don't create to be seen. I create because it’s who I am, and that’s where my true satisfaction lies. That said, my work has been published as photo-stories in platforms like Rediff, wildlife journals such as ‘Jol-Jongol’, limited edition photography books like ‘India Unveiled’, ‘Light Down Magazine’, and showcased in various exhibitions organised by Retro Kolkata, Chobi-O-Ghor foundation, Beyond Vision, ASX, among others.
